I am a seasoned UX designer with a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences. With a diverse background spanning healthcare, location data, and publishing, I've honed my skills across various industries and business units.

Some highlights from my journey:

Kaiser Permanente: I led UX pattern design, contributing to the organization's capabilities, and defined a robust notifications strategy.

Esri: In the realm of marketing and e-commerce, I spearheaded the design and implementation of Esri's first chatbot, enhancing user engagement.

Elsevier: As part of the R&D team, I had the privilege of designing Elsevier's first and only augmented reality app, Gunner Goggles, pushing boundaries in educational technology.
